Triad Direct Primary Care is truly family medicine reimagined. We take the "middle man" (insurance) out of the equation and instead use a membership-based model. Triad DPC patients pay a monthly membership fee and receive all the primary care they need. Our patients enjoy unlimited office visits with no co pays for routine, preventive and chronic care, prescription medications at wholesale cost; significant discounts on labs and imaging studies; and direct communication with their doctor via phone, text, and e-mail. The best part is access and time. Triad DPC patients will have access to same-day or next-day appointments with their doctor and will have the time to coordinate their health care since appointments are 30 minutes to one hour in length.

We're a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. DPC is a unique approach to healthcare with multiple benefits for patients
Did you know that most Primary Care Providers have between 2,500-3,500 patients? We limit our practice to under 600 patients total. That means that your doctor spends more time with you when you need her. Your well being is our priority and why we operate this way.
Triad DPC does not bill any insurance plans so you won’t have a middle-man in your primary care. Decisions about your healthcare will be made by you and your doctor without the impersonal management that comes from third-party payers. It is just you and your doctor working as team.

Originally from Texas, I moved to Greensboro, North Carolina with my family in the spring of 2019. I graduated from Baylor University in 2004 with my Bachelor of Science degree. I received my masters in speech language pathology from Texas Tech in 2006. I then graduated from medical school in 2011 and completed my family medicine residency training at Waco Family Medicine Residency program. This residency program was top tier to get physicians ready for full spectrum family medicine. During my three years of training, I also completed an International Medicine Track and spent one month working in a rural hospital in Bangladesh. After residency, my husband and I moved to a rural Texas town where I practiced both inpatient and outpatient family medicine. After our first son was born, we moved back to Waco, Texas to be closer to family (and civilization).
In the spring of 2019 we moved to North Carolina for my husband to work at his family's business. Covid hit the next year and fully exposed my frustrations with the current healthcare system. As Covid roared on, God was orchestrating things in my life to make my own practice a reality. I wanted to offer time and valuable relationships to patients and give a holistic approach to their medical care. I wanted to keep my patients healthy and out of the ER and offer interventions and in house treatments to help accomplish this. Direct Primary Care was the answer. I am so excited to open my own place to serve my patients in this community and to daily try to follow in the foot steps of the Great Physician.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my 4 awesome kids and my husband on our little plot of Eden. We have 2 dogs, 30+ chickens, 1 barn cat and coming soon... pigs and sheep. Im an avid runner, love Jesus and have a heart for missions, love to travel, hike, tend my huge garden and make adventures all over God's marvelous creation.
